When making an account on the www.mioclient.me website, you accept the terms of service including all the paragraphs below.
In case of not accepting the terms of service your account will not be registered.
The terms of use of the website and the supplied software are effective as of July 21st 2023.
After the acceptance of the terms of service any kind of account distribution, payment chargebacks, any kind of reverse engineering related to the supplied software (i.e. dumps, cracks, deobfuscation of client files) is prohibited.
The developers and/or the client/website administrators control the following personal data: the data that was voluntarily entered in the registration fields on the website, the data that is related to the usage of the supplied software (i.e. information about the used device and your network).
The developers and/or the client/website administrators do not store your passwords and/or any other data that is not related to the usage of the supplied software.
The developers and/or the client/website administrators are not responsible for the client/website user's actions in online mode.
The user's subscription will be revoked in case of a violation of any paragraph of the terms of service (with no refunds).
Only the account's rightful owner is able to request a refund. The person who uses the account and owns the services (i.e. email and Discord) that are linked to said account is considered to be the account's owner.
A refund will only be provided in two cases:
1. In case of a technical issue caused by a fault from the developers and/or the client/website administrators that is preventing you from using the supplied software after you report the issue and the developers and/or the client/website administrators are unable to fix it.
2. In case of a refund request within 7 days after the payment.
